The website www.plaza35.ro is offered by IMOBILIARE ROYAL S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as Plaza35), based in Sibiu, Strada Oituz, No. 35D, Sibiu County, registered in the Trade Register with no. J32/1202/2005 and CUI 17888418.
These Terms and Conditions apply in the context of making reservations through the www.plaza35.ro platform within the Plaza35 accommodation unit.
Browsing the website www.plaza35.ro, followed by making a reservation, is equivalent to reading, understanding and fully accepting the Terms below by any Client of the Aparthotel.
Plaza35 reserves the right to make changes in the content of this website, as well as in these Terms and Conditions, without any prior notification to the Consumers. In case of divergence or misunderstandings between Plaza35 and the Consumer, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of their acceptance by the Consumer will apply.
The document establishes the terms and conditions of use of the Site and its content by the client. The client is asked to carefully go through this document in order to prevent possible unpleasant consequences, which can be appreciated by him as having a negative impact on his data and the information provided to the company IMOBILIARE ROYAL S.R.L.
Access to the services offered by Plaza35 is done through www.plaza35.ro, by calling 0369 444 999, respectively by sending an e-mail to booking@plaza35.ro
By using the site, the client is solely responsible for all activities arising from its use. Also, he is responsible for any damages caused to the site and the content made available by Plaza35, in accordance with the national legislation in force.
If the client does not agree with the Terms and Conditions or does not accept this Document, he has the possibility to send an e-mail to office@plaza35.ro and specify the reasons for the desired changes.
The client can return at any time on his decision not to agree and not accept the document.
The customer cannot revoke the agreement expressed in favor of the document during the contract period or until the moment he pays the value of all the contracts not honored to Plaza35, respectively the penalties in accordance with the Policy for the application of penalties in case of cancellation/no-show available in this document, as the case may be.
RATES
All rates displayed on the website are expressed per night of accommodation and include VAT and local tax.
Plaza35 reserves the right to change the rates at any time, respecting the rates related to already confirmed reservations.
The change in tariffs can be determined, among other things, by the increase of fees and taxes or in the case of the introduction of new fees and taxes. For already confirmed reservations, the rate will remain the one from the moment of confirmation and will not undergo changes.
The rates differ, depending on the type of apartment and the number of people in the apartment.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations, subject to confirmation by Plaza35, are made in the following ways:
- through the online booking engine on the website www.plaza35.ro
- by phone 0369 444 999;
- e-mail: booking@plaza35.ro
The validity period of reservations for which advance payment is requested is 2 calendar days, except for reservations in which the date of accommodation is less than 2 days from the date of reservation, in this case the validity will be sent with the confirmation of the reservation.
Please ensure that you have selected the correct number of people (adults and children) in your booking. Undeclared persons will not have access to the hotel! In apartments, the sofa is prepared only for reservations of 3 and 4 people.
For reservations guaranteed with a bank card, including the holiday card, Plaza35 can start the card pre-authorization procedure. In this sense, the amount related to the reservation will be blocked, the amount that will be used for payment at the time of presentation at the aparthotel. In case of no-show, the full value of the missed reservation will be withheld.
PAYMENT AND GUARANTEE OF RESERVATIONS
The customer has the following payment methods: cash (RON), bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD), bank transfer, holiday card.
Depending on the reservation policy chosen, payment for the stay is made in advance or at the time of accommodation.
In the case of reservations made through the online reservation engine on the website www.plaza35.ro, the reservation is guaranteed by entering the bank card data. Plaza35 reserves the right to pre-authorize the customer’s card at the expiration of the cancellation period without penalties.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the data entered in the invoicing section of the booking form, Plaza35 having no responsibility for the correctness of the information received.
THE MODIFICATION. CANCELLATION. NO SHOW. PENALTIES.
Any modification and/or cancellation of the reservation of the services, at the customer’s initiative, will be sent in writing to the address office@plaza35.ro or to the telephone number: 0369 444 999, the modification of the services being subject to the prior approval of the aparthotel.
Reserved services can be canceled as follows:
- without penalties, if the cancellation occurs at least 2 days before the start date of the stay – for standard reservations
- without penalties, if the cancellation takes place at least 14 days before the start date of the stay – for reservations made for periods when important events take place in the city or during special holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, FITS, Artmania, RedBull Romaniacs , December 1, etc.)
- with a penalty of 100% of the value, if the cancellation takes place after the expiry of the penalty-free cancellation period
- in the case of groups, cancellation without penalties is made at least 60 days before the start date of the stay
In case of no-show of the client, the amount paid as an advance will be withheld in full, and if the payment was not made, the amount will be withheld from the bank card with which the Client guaranteed the reservation.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in starts at 15:00 This is done on the basis of the identity document and by signing the arrival announcement paper. At check-in, all persons must be declared.
Check-out until 12:00
Early check-in is subject to availability and for a fee (between 12:00 and 15:00 – 50 lei or between 9:00 and 12:00 – 50% of the rate)
Late check-out is subject to availability and for a fee (until 15:00 – 50 lei or until 18:00 – 50% of the rate)
ELECTRICITY
Upon arrival, you will receive a room access card. This card gives you both access to the room and the activation of the electricity source in your room. Please activate the electricity source by putting the card in the saver next to the door. When leaving the room, please remove the card from the saver.
AC & HEAT
The temperature in the room can be adjusted by you in each room individually. After putting the room access card in the saver, you can set the temperature manually by selecting the desired temperature by accessing the control panel in each room. The control panel is located near the entrance door to the room (bedroom/living room). Instructions for its use can be found in the information folder.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Plaza35.
In case of smoking in the room, the client is charge with 150 Euros for extra cleaning and will be asked to leave the aparthotel immediately.
PARKING
Plaza35 has an underground video-surveillance parking lot with a capacity of 28 parking spaces. Parking is for a fee (40 RON/night/car), it is not reserved and is offered according to availability.
PETS
Pets ar no accepted
Plaza35 reserves the right to refuse accommodation to Customers accompanied by pets, with the application of a penalty of 100%
VISITORS
Visitor access is allowed, without exceeding the maximum capacity of the apartment, between 12.00 and 21.00, without additional costs, and outside this interval only on the basis of their registration at the reception and payment of the difference.
CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plaza35 reserves the right to refuse accommodation to Customers who are under the influence of alcoholic beverages or prohibited substances, rude or turbulent who, through their attitude, damage the aparthotel’s image or disturb other Customers.
Parties/events are not allowed in Plaza35.
Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 09:00.
Customers are responsible to Plaza35 for damages caused to other Customers, staff, furniture, equipment, etc.c.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding the quality of the tourist services provided can be made on the spot, during the entire stay, at the reception or by sending an e-mail to the address: office@plaza35.ro. Complaints after the cancellation can be made to the e-mail address office@plaza35.ro.
